Naturopathic doctors are trained to be primary care providers. They receive a doctorate in naturopathic medicine after graduating from one of five accredited naturopathic medical schools in North America. The four or five year naturopathic medical education includes study of the biological sciences and conventional medical diagnosis and treatment. In addition they also study the safe and effective use of natural medicines.

Natural medicines include diet and nutrition, exercise, the therapeutic use of vitamins and minerals, herbal medicine, homeopathy, counseling, physical therapies and much more. Naturopathic education emphasizes the role of a doctor as teacher, educating people about health, disease, treatment options and prevention. Naturopathic doctors pass a national board exam and attain a license in those states it is available.

We do not bill insurance, but Dr. Keller will give you a superbill with all the proper codes that you can send in to your insurance company for reimbursement. She does not know your insurance policy, please call your insurance company directly if you have questions about coverage. Medicare will not reimburse for her services.
Dr. Keller can order all standard lab work and many specialty lab tests as needed. Some labs may be covered by your insurance, please call your insurance company to find out. Many specialty labs will need to be paid in cash, as insurance companies do not view them as necessary in general.
Dr. Keller does not prescribe, recommend, or otherwise endorse the use of marijuana. In some cases she knows it is needed, but does not use that as a treatment at the clinic, in most cases there are other natural therapies available that don’t have the risk of addiction or hallucination.
The clinic accepts cash, checks, and most debit or credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of the visit. Supplements and labs are not included in the visit cost.
Dr. Keller sees all ages of patients from birth and up, and she offers the standard schedule of well child visits as well as normal office calls for illness or other complaints.
In the state of Montana there are some limited medications that Dr. Keller can prescribe, but is usually not necessary with the many other treatment options available. Dr. Keller can prescribe hormones (except testosterone), thyroid medications and others (as allowed under Montana state law) as needed on a case-by-case basis.
She offers full primary care medicine to treat any condition with natural therapy options such as, but not limited to; herbs, homeopathy, nutrition, water therapies, and lifestyle counseling.
